The 2026 Bridgeway Customer Users Group Conference will take place in Reno, Nevada April 28-30, 2026 at the Peppermill Resort Spa Hotel, Reno’s Premier AAA Four Diamond resort. It will be our first time in Reno and the first time at a resort property— both selected for their outstanding conference experience and the tremendous value offered to the Bridgeway user community. 

 

WHAT'S NEW & REMINDERS  | Please Read

  • NEW: Focus Area in Your Fund Office: This year, on the registration form, we're asking about your areas of focus. This information will help us best match you with your peers in similar roles during breakout discussions to better support idea exchange and collaboration.
  • Unique Attendee Registration Email Address Needed: An email address can only be used by one individual to access the event mobile app. When registering attendees for the conference, please use each person’s individual email address and preferably their work email address.
  • Class Pre-Enrollment Required: To provide a better experience and manage available capacity, you will be asked to pre-enroll for Training and Voice of the Customer and Large Breakout sessions during registration. These sessions are offered multiple times. Please sign up for only one occurrence of a session.
  • Self-Service Features Available: Through the Registration site, ticket buyers can modify a registration, including updating session enrollments. Look for the "Manage Registration" link at the bottom of the buyer's confirmation email. Or contact us at Users Group Planning Team and we'll make the edits for you. 
  • Invoice Payment Notice!: Please do not pay using the registration system-generated invoice. This is just a confirmation for your records. You will be invoiced directly by the Bridgeway accounting department.
  • Guest Registration and Fees: Only registered Bridgeway customer attendees can also register guests to join them at the conference at a fee of $500.00 per guest. Guest means child, spouse or partner, etc.. NOT a co-worker. The guest is entitled to participate in all meals, breaks, and evening networking events, not Bridgeway sessions or classes

AIRPORT | FREE SHUTTLE | Let's Fly

The Peppermill resort located at 2707 South Virginia Street, Reno, NV 89502, features a free and convenient airport shuttle. Located three miles from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport the shuttle departs from the valet area outside the Hotel Lobby and runs every half-hour beginning at 4am. The last shuttle departs from the Peppermill going to the airport at 11:30pm.

FUN FACTS | Reno Round Up

  • The nick name “Biggest Little City in the World” was coined in the 1920s reflecting its big-city amenities with a small town feel.
  • In 1871, Reno became the birthplace of blue jeans. Jacob Davis, a tailor in the city, created the first pair of riveted jeans to meet the needs of laborers requiring durable workwear. He partnered with businessman Levi Strauss to patent this innovation.
  • Reno is a year-round destination with 250 days of sunshine and endless outdoor activities.
  • Over 50 beautiful golf courses and 19 ski resorts are within 90 minutes of Reno.
  • Located about 45 minutes from downtown Reno, Lake Tahoe, the jewel of the Sierra Nevada, covers 191 square miles.
  • Bowling in Reno is a big deal. The National Bowling Stadium, featuring 78 lanes is the only facility of its kind in the world.
